This walk takes places around the 'Cavern Quarter' of Mathew Street and the surrounding area. You will re-live the early days of Merseybeat and hear how Four Lads from Liverpool emerged from a basement cellar to take the world by storm!

The walk visits both of Liverpool's magnificent Cathedrals and takes you along the street that joins the two together - Hope Street.
Ale Trail
Liverpool is a City with many fine pubs and many have a story to tell. You could visit the pubs around the Business District with their maritime history or take a stroll along Hope Street and be amazed by the Gentlemen's toilets at The Philharmonic Dining Rooms.
